Integrated Holistic Therapy recognises that our physical health, emotional wellbeing, stress levels, nervous system, lifestyle, and subconscious patterns are deeply connected.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this approach looks at the bigger picture — supporting the body and mind together.

Many people spend years trying to “push through” stress, exhaustion, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm without addressing the deeper imbalance underneath it.

This work helps create space for regulation, awareness, healing, and sustainable change.

I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity and honesty — understanding what your body, mind, emotions, and nervous system may be trying to communicate rather than simply fighting against symptoms.

Sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and better understand the patterns contributing to stress, overwhelm, fatigue, emotional imbalance, or feeling stuck.

Rather than one-size-fits-all solutions, I work with the whole person to support meaningful and sustainable change.
