Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, sessions are tailored to the individual and may incorporate a range of holistic and transformational tools depending on your needs, goals, symptoms, and overall wellbeing.

These therapies are designed to support deeper awareness, address presenting symptoms, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, stress reduction, behavioural change, and overall mind-body balance.

Some therapies may be incorporated within broader sessions where appropriate, while others are offered as dedicated stand-alone services.

My approach is calm, compassionate, and personalised.

I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity and honesty — understanding what your body, mind, emotions, and nervous system may be trying to communicate rather than simply fighting against symptoms.

Sessions are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and better understand the patterns contributing to stress, overwhelm, fatigue, emotional imbalance, or feeling stuck.

Rather than one-size-fits-all solutions, I work with the whole person to support meaningful and sustainable change.

Bioresonance therapy is offered in person at Natural Living Studio in Nelson, NZ and may support stress, emotional wellbeing, energetic balance, and overall health optimisation.

Hair analysis provides deeper insight into mineral balance, stress patterns, and overall body chemistry.

Options are Food & environmental sensitivities, Nutrient Profile, Sleep & Mood, Comprehensive Women's and Comprehensive Men's hair tests.

This is offered as a dedicated assessment service and includes interpretation, personalised supplement recommendations, and lifestyle support.
