Noreen's Health Story
Hi, I'm Noreen. I know what its like to have a chronic illness. The first 20 years of my life was all about illness - eczema, asthma, hayfever, colds, flu, glandular fever. I had no idea what wellness felt like. I was constantly at the Dr's, taking prescription medications and antibiotics. I was also eating a diet hight in gluten, dairy, sugar and processed foods.

When I was 16 I discovered the world of natural medicine and it literally changed my life. I delved into the world of Homeopathy, Naturopathy and Chinese Medicine. It was a process, I changed my diet, started doing yoga and worked on my belief systems through affirmations and visualisation.

I healed myself.

For the past 25 years I have studied lots of healing modalities and I would like to pass on that wisdom to you. I would like to help you to achieve your health goals, to help you be the best version of your self on every level.

I work with people in person at my studio at Founders Park, Nelson, and I offer online consultations as well.
