Much can be revealed as we come to our mat; breathing, relaxing, letting go, we practice no thinking, just feeling, and no doing, just being. Yoga helps us to slow down, cultivating an environment of mindfulness and kindness. One where we are not just listening, but really hearing. My Yin Yoga classes are based on this philosophy.
Yoga is tolerating the consequences of being yourself” - Bhagavad Gita.
I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for 18 and have been mentored and inspired by many master teachers and students as well.

I started practicing yoga in my 20s, started teaching in my 30s and now in my 40s still uncovering the potency of yoga teachings into all areas of life.
I had the privilege to study closely with John Ogilvie as well as Sarah Powers as my root teachers and further learnt from Leslie Kaminoff, Simon Borg-Olivier, Shiva Rea, Jo Phee, Carlos Pomeda and I keep on inquiring!
Yoga is for everyone. We all come to the practice as unique people and all take something different from it. It might be calming the mind, relaxing the body or strengthening the muscles, but the end result of feeling your best self is the same. The perfect practice, pose or class is the one that works for you.
