I've worked with clients for over 20 years and one thing I know to be true, is that every person struggles to keep up with the demands of life. 

They tell me that they are anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out and feel like they have no time for themselves.

If so, my signature 'Get Your Shit Together' coaching program is designed for you. 
In this 8 week program I will help you go from the time poor/burnt out/emotionally frazzled person you are to a calm, cool, collected you, that is creating a life you enjoy living. 

I know what mum guilt feels like. 

I can do this because I've been where you are and know what it takes to rise above your life and see it for what it really is. 
I have been the stressed out, overwhelmed, depressed mum, doing it on my own half the time with no family to come help me. 

I played with using lots of different tools and techniques that I have learned over the last 25 years and presto...I got out of the 'grind' of life and discovered how to create a life with way more easy and joy. 

It's not rocket science, but there are some essential things to learn that I know will help you to get out of the 'juggle' of life to being the creator of your life. 

Course outline
Week 1 - Introduction to the program and how to get the most out of it for yourself
Week 2 - Weekly audit, how to fit everything into your week with ease, including the course and some you time. 
Week 3 & 4 - Creating your daily habits to create a more balanced you. This is not a one size fits all thing, we go through the 'essentials' and you create what suits you over these 2 weeks. 
Week 5 - Boundaries, they may be a 'trend', but they are essential for life including your self boundaries. Learn what they are, how to communicate them and how to say 'no' with ease. 
Week 6 - Self love...let's get to the heart of the matter and why you haven't been number 1 in your life for some time. 
Week 7 - Wheel of Life - this helps you to get a birds eye perspective on your life to see what is missing. 
Week 8 - Recap and bringing it all together.
